Terms of Service
General terms-By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of services.-Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.-I may modify these agreements and terms of commission at any time.-I reserve the rights to stop working on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these Terms of Service.-I reserve the rights to decline a commission if it is out or my capabilities or if i am uncomfortable drawing for any reason.-All commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.
Payment-I only accept payment in USD via Paypal.-Commission can be paid full upfront or you can opt for 50% upfront payment and the next 50% after sketch approval.-Your commission will be added to the commission queue only when payment has been made.
Process & Delivery-Sketch > Rough Colour > Colour Rendering > Finish-Each commission will take 1 - 4 weeks depending on factors such as the complexity of the commission.-In case of any emergency or issue happen during the working process, I will immediately notify the commissioner.-Major revisions are allowed in the Sketch and Rough Colouring stage.-From Colour Rendering stage and onwards, any major changes such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely will incur a fee.-Revisions after finished piece will incur a fee.
Cancellation and refund-I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.-You have no right to cancel or refund under any circumstances once payment has been made.-If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
Copyright & Usage I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:-Promote myself with it everywhere-Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)-Compiling my art for a portfolio or art book to sell.-Livestream my art unless requested otherwiseThe commissioner is allowed to:-Use the commissioned piece for PERSONAL USE only (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)-Print the art and claim their character(s) as their own, but not the drawing itself.-Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)-Sell the Commission in any way as an non-fungible token (NFT)-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.-Removing any watermarks/signatures or crop, hide, blur, or remove my watermark in any way in any of my artworks.-Altering or trace the artwork without my, the artist´s consent.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
